Quilla Group is a trade name of Unlimited Blanco Ltd, Sucursal en España (“Quilla”, “we”). This policy describes how we process personal data in connection with the Quilla application and its associated communication services, including the integration with the WhatsApp Business Platform and Meta. 2. What data we process

  • Identification and contact: name, email, and phone number of the associate users who use the application.
  • Communication: content and metadata of messages exchanged through connected channels (e.g. WhatsApp Business), handled on behalf of the associate user.
  • Technical: account identifiers, activity logs, and data needed for the operation and security of the service.

3. Purpose and legal basis

  • To provide and maintain the communications service (performance of a contract).
  • To ensure security and prevent misuse (legitimate interest).
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations (legal obligation).

4. Third-party platforms

The application integrates with services from Meta Platforms, Inc. (WhatsApp Business Platform and Facebook). Meta's processing is governed by its own policies. We share only the information necessary to provide the service.

5. Retention

We retain data for as long as necessary to provide the service and for any legally required periods. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymised.

You can exercise access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and portability by writing to info@quilla.group. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Data deletion

To request deletion, email info@quilla.groupwith the subject “Data deletion request”. We will handle it within the legally required timeframe.

We may update this policy; the current version will be posted on this page with its date.
