1. Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of the Quilla application (“the Service”), a communications-centralisation tool operated by Unlimited Blanco Ltd, Sucursal en España. By using the Service you accept these terms.
2. Accounts and access
Access is granted to authorised users. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to send unsolicited communications; comply with WhatsApp Business and Meta policies; do not attempt unauthorised access.
4. Communications via third parties
The Service relies on third-party platforms (Meta / WhatsApp Business), whose availability is outside our control and subject to their own terms.
5. Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Changes and termination
We may modify these terms or suspend the Service; changes will be posted here. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
7. Governing law
Spanish law; submission to the competent courts.
